Candidate data quality · Fixed-scope review

See what needs cleaning before you change your ATS.

The Candidate Data Quality Snapshot reviews one agreed anonymised export and shows where duplicate, incomplete, conflicting and stale records may need attention. You receive the evidence, exceptions and next actions—not a vague recommendation to buy another system.

£750 fixed price. The fee is credited against a later implementation Sprint when both parties agree that a Sprint is appropriate.

What you receive

A usable starting point for a controlled clean-up.

  • A quantified summary of potential duplicate records
  • Missing, inconsistent and conflicting operational fields
  • Stale-record and status exceptions using agreed rules
  • A prioritised clean-up plan with accountable review points
  • A small sample of the proposed corrected output
  • A findings review so the next decision is clear

The questions it answers

Separate safe clean-up from decisions that need a person.

01 / FIND

Where might duplicate records exist?

Potential matches are shown with the identifiers and similarity rule used. Nothing is merged automatically.

02 / EXPLAIN

Which fields are incomplete or inconsistent?

Each finding keeps its source context so your team can distinguish a formatting fix from a genuine conflict.

03 / PRIORITISE

What should happen next?

The clean-up plan separates approved standardisation, human review, policy questions and system-rule changes.

01 / AGREE

Confirm the export and rules

We agree the fields, record limit, data-sharing method, reviewers and rules that may be applied safely.

02 / REVIEW

Prepare findings and exceptions

The source is checked against the agreed rules. Uncertain cases are isolated rather than silently changed.

03 / DECIDE

Review the practical next step

You receive the Snapshot and sample corrected output whether or not a wider implementation follows.

Human review required: Data Expose does not decide whether two people are the same, whether a candidate is suitable or eligible, whether right-to-work requirements are met, or whether a record should be retained or deleted. Those decisions remain with authorised agency staff.

See the deliverable before you enquire

A transparent synthetic example.

The sample uses invented record IDs and illustrative counts. It contains no real candidate data and is not a client case study, measured result or claim about a recruitment database.

Use it to judge the structure, level of detail and human-review boundaries. A real Snapshot uses only the fields, rules and responsible reviewers agreed for your agency.
