The initial workflow review form collects your name, company, email, admin task and estimated admin time. Industry, workflow type, staff involvement, systems used, budget readiness and sample-file availability are optional. We may clarify these details during follow-up. The contact form collects your name, email and message, with an optional company name. Providing this information is voluntary, but we need contact details and enough context to respond.

How it is used

We use this information to assess workflow suitability, respond to your enquiry, prepare recommendations and manage potential or active work. Website submissions are stored in the site database and sent to the Data Expose mailbox. They are not published on the website, and submitting an enquiry does not sign you up for marketing emails.

Service providers

The website uses OpenAI Sites hosting, Cloudflare infrastructure and database services, and Resend for enquiry email delivery. These providers process the information needed to host, protect and operate the site or deliver its email notifications. Relevant information may also be handled by our mailbox provider and authorised people responding to enquiries.

Files and confidential data

No public file upload is provided. Confidential files should not be submitted through free-text fields. If a workflow is suitable, Data Expose may provide secure instructions for sharing sample or anonymised files.

Retention

Enquiry information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage the enquiry, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes.

Your choices

You can request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion or restriction of its use. Data portability may apply in some circumstances. These rights are subject to the conditions and exceptions in data protection law. Email info@dataexpose.com to make a request.

Your right to object and complain

You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. If processing is based on consent, you can withdraw that consent. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office through the ICO complaints service.

The website does not make solely automated decisions about your eligibility for a service that have legal or similarly significant effects.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses aggregate first-party event measurement for page views, Audit, Sprint and email CTA clicks, and form starts or submissions. It may store an approved page path, referring hostname, campaign category, CTA location and form variant. It does not use advertising cookies or persistent visitor identifiers, and uses these events only to understand website and form performance.

Approved campaign categories can remain in page memory during same-tab navigation so later events retain their source. They are not saved in browser storage, and reset on a full page reload or when the page is closed. Form contents and contact details are not included in these analytics events.

Cloudflare may set short-lived, strictly necessary security or bot-management cookies, such as __cf_bm, to protect the website and its forms. These cookies are not used by Data Expose for advertising.
