This page explains the information collected through the Data Expose website and how it is used.
Information we collect
The quick audit form collects your name, company, email, industry, admin task and estimated admin time. The detailed audit form also collects workflow details, staff involvement, systems used, budget readiness, sample-file availability and a message. The contact form collects your name, company, email and message.
How it is used
We use this information to assess workflow suitability, respond to your enquiry, prepare recommendations and manage potential or active work. Enquiries are stored securely for follow-up and may be sent through our configured email-delivery processor.
Files and confidential data
No public file upload is provided. Confidential files should not be submitted through free-text fields. If a workflow is suitable, Data Expose may provide secure instructions for sharing sample or anonymised files.
Retention
Enquiry information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage the enquiry, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes.
